Alyssa Adelson, VP and Managing Director, is co-founder of Aquarius Life Solutions. Alyssa has executive management as well as human resources, sales, marketing and insurance experience. Some of her responsibilities have included new business development, research development, account management, and contract negotiation.

Throughout her career, Alyssa has been dedicated to helping her clients succeed and has translated that commitment and determination into the insurance and life settlements business providing maximum value to Aquarius’ clients and partners.

Prior to joining Aquarius Life Solutions, Alyssa held positions with the following organizations:

• Partner & Co-founder, DeMaso Adelson Inc., a NYC-based recruiting company working with advertising agencies and marketing professionals in New York, San Francisco, Boston, Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Atlanta and London.
• Human Resources Manager, Deutsch Inc., located in New York City, consistently named, “Advertising Agency of the Year” by national publications, Adweek and Ad Age. Responsibilities included creating, implementing and maintaining a recruitment process and program for the all offices.
• Business Development Director, Grybauskas Beatrice/Blue Dingo, an advertising and interactive agency located in New York City.
• Business Development & Account Director, The Cox Group, an advertising agency located in New York City.
• Business Development Manager, Griffin Bacal, an advertising agency located in New York City.

Alyssa is a licensed life, accident and health insurance broker. She resides in Rye, New York and graduated from State University of New York at Oneonta with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Alyssa is married with two children.
